Cosma fully integrated automated line which includes Automatic loader, Automatic spreader, Conveyor tables, labelling machine and Auto cutter, which enables the cutting room to have a complete control and error free in the production line. Data’s are digitally transferred using WIFI, from the planning room using Cosma LAYPLANNER software, such as order information, Marker details, Roll Details and bundle information.

Customer can easily track the efficiency of machine & operator, material consumption by our powerful DCS Software (data collection system). Barcode, QR code & RFID are available on request and can be customized according to the customer need.

A full line solution also helps the cutting room to improve the production flow smoother and faster by eliminating the down time, save cost in the process. DCS system helps the cutting room to find the bottle neck to improve the area of bottle neck.

Cosma CDAS (Cutting Data Analysis System) online cloud based software help to monitor the production from any part of the world, keeps the customer updated about productivity, maintenance, breakdown and Efficiency.

Roll Loaders

Cosma Roll loaders helps to load the heavy weight fabrics automatically to the spreading machine, improves the efficiency of the cutting line by synchronization and maximum productivity to the entire cutting line.
 
Motorized loader from the ground, maximum capacity up to 300Kg. Solid metallic structure, fixed in the edge of the spreading table. From the spreading control panel, the operator drives the system for motorized lift of the roll, laid over a proper cradle support, from the ground directly onto the machine.

Table Series

To provide multiple choices for customer, our table series can meet your demand in some ways.
Normal table is made from qualified source, which help the tables maintain the quality for long using time
Air Blowing Table uses air to lift the fabric for easier handling.
 
Cosma Conveyor Table uses conveyor belt to transfer the fabric from spreading to labeling and finally to cutting. This allows the fabric to move under perfect alignment and shape quality, without any disturb from human.

fabrics in open width or zig-zag ways. With VENUS 300 you can easily spread denim or hard materials up to 300 kilos

The user friendly software on board of the machine, enables the operators to set up different parameters and spreading profiles, according to the fabric types, and double belt cradle system, free tension device, fabric edge sensors, spiral rollers, ply height detectors and the latest generation of motors, ensure an high spreading quality with or without catchers.

MACS

MACS is the AI algorithm to read and auto-nest on squared/plaid/stripes fabrics that will be involved in the cutting process. In the very short timeframe that separates the on-line vision with a linear camera and the cutting, the auto nesting software will re-elaborate the markers or the patterns (bow effect) in order to obtain an optimal cut taking into consideration folds and defects of the fabrics. This systems guarantee zero manual work and will eliminate errors and defects in the final garment ensuring the highest.
Vision Cut is the system that detects panel fabrics and nests the pieces of pattern on them with a millimetric precision. This is possible thanks to artifical vision and the possibility of managing pieces of the patterns directly from the workstation, in a digital way.
